6. Miguel Torres - I don't think Torres gets enough credit in most top pound 4 pound rankings. He's dominated everyone he's met except Takeya Mizugaki who pushed him to 5 rounds, but still got the W. Miguel is 37-1. His only loss came as a decision more than 5 years ago and is on a 17 fight winning streak...all by the age of 28.

7. Quinton Jackson - "Rampage" has faced some of the toughest fighters on the planet. Due to an injury he'll have to wait for a shot at the UFC lightheavy-weight belt though he was next in line. He'll get the winner of the Machida-Evans fight. I think a lack of concentration and respect of Griffin led to Jackson's loss of the title. I believe he would still be the reigning champ if he takes that fight seriously. I bet he doesn't make that mistake again.

8. Lyoto Machida - "The Dragon" has had a meteoric rise in the UFC with big wins over Sokoudjou, Tito Ortiz and the destruction of Thiago Silva. He has a chance to prove he belongs among the greats when he faces Rashad Evans May 23rd.

9. Urijah Faber - I place "The California Kid" here due to his destruction of Jens Pulver. Faber is hungry again. He's the toughest and most physically gifted 145 lb fighter on the planet. I think the lack of game opponents and easy wins made Urijah a little complacent. He's got a rematch against Brown this June. I think there'll be a different outcome this time around.

10. Kenny Florian - "Ken Flo" has been on a tear since his loss to Sean Sherk winning his last 6 fights in the UFC. Florian will face BJ Penn for the UFC light-weight title in August. BJ will definately have his hands full with a very tough Florian.

1. Fedor Emelianenko - Has not lost since December of 2000...and that loss was due to a cut and he could not continue in the tournament. He's beaten two recent UFC heavy-weight champs with little difficulty. He's my #1 until he's beaten. I'll never bet against "The Last Emperor" again.

2. Anderson Silva -  Silva is 2nd only by a slim margin. His performance against Patrick Cote gives Fedor the edge in my opinion. "The Spider" owns the middle-weight division and is the best 185er of all time, but who's left for him to fight? I think he needs a super fight against GSP or the UFC 205 champ to propel him to #1.

3. Georges St. Pierre - GSP is a freak at 170lbs. No one can beat him as long as he stays motivated. His beat down of BJ Penn puts "Rush" amongst the greatest fighters of all time. There are a few challengers left in the UFC 170lb division. GSP is young and still has a lot to prove.

4. BJ Penn - This is where it gets messy. BJ Penn is still the best 155 lb fighter on the planet and has beaten down two of the UFC's best in Steveson and Sherk. I think we'll see if he can recover from his loss to GSP when he faces Kenny Florian. Florian is game and the future of the light-weight division. If Penn beats Florian, Baby J leaves his mark as the greatest light-weight of all time.

5. Rashad Evans - Stephan Bonnar, Jason Lambert, Tito Ortiz, Michael Bisping, Chuck Liddell, and Forrest Griffin. Evans has fought a who's who list of top lightheavy-weights in the UFC,and is still undefeated. His KO of Chuck and TKO of Griffin puts "Sugar" at the top of a very deep and talented 205 lb division. He has a big test against a fast rising and also undefeated Lyoto Machida this May.
